How To Hard Reset or Factory Data Reset Oppo R1011

Now, this is what I should write since the very beginning. There are two methods to hard reset or factory data reset Oppo R1011 that I will tell you in this post. Keep reading to know more.

First thing you should do is go to settings and then scroll down until you reach Accounts & security section.

Tap "Backup & reset" and you will see this.

You can see "Factory data reset" at the bottom. Now tap it.

You can choose if you want to erase all including your music and pictures in phone storage of Oppo R1011.

Now, tap "Reset phone" and it will ask you to enter password. For security of course.

You can know the password (if you didn't) before reset the phone here.

See? It already told you the Initial password. You can change it of course.

There is another method to hard reset your Oppo R1011.

There is no screenshot for this so deal with it.

1. Turn off your phone and Press and Hold Volume Down together with Power Button until you see Recovery Mode at your Oppo R1011 screen.

2. Choose your language. Power button is to confirm and the volume up and down are functioned to select.

3. Select wipe data and cache and it may ask for confirmation. You can just touch the screen from here.

4. Reboot your Oppo R1011.
