Some people especially the new users of Oppo R1011 (or perhaps other Oppo phone too) wondering how to change the menu background wallpaper and the lockscreen picture. And since some of these people are too lazy to find out themselves, so I wrote this post.
Firstly, go to settings then display.
You can see the setting for "Wallpapers and lock screen" below the "Brightness" setting right? Now, tap it and you will see this.
Choose "Wallpaper" to find wallpapers in Oppo R1011. But, if you want to use your own photos, simply choose "Photos". Since there are some private pictures in my Oppo R1011, I chose "Wallpaper". Check it out below.
You can choose any wallpaper in here. But lot of them need to be
downloaded first before you can set it as Oppo R1011 background
wallpaper. Since I don't want to download anything, I go to Local
section.
All wallpapers in this section is already in your Oppo R1011. If you tap the "Photos", it will simply bring you to your photo albums. "Live wallpapers" are moving wallpapers and yes, no download required.
I chose the highway wallpaper.
Beautiful is it? Now, tap Apply or Cut if you need to.
Here you choose if the wallpaper is for your Oppo R1011 Home Screen or Lockscreen or even for both. I chose only for Home screen.
Done. There is another method to change your locksreen picture or background wallpaper. First, open any picture that you like from your photo albums. I just downloaded Bat Sign from The Dark Knight trilogy.
Tap your screen.
Tap the arrow icon right next to trash can icon.
